Job summary

Wood Green School in Witney is seeking a compassionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our Inclusion Team within the SEMH Connect provision. You will help students access the curriculum and strive for their full academic and emotional development in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

The HLTA will work closely with the Connect Lead Teacher, teachers, families and the wider pastoral team to support learning and reintegrate students into mainstream lessons when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with Connect Lead Teacher to support students.
• Support students to access the curriculum and achieve potential.
• Work with teachers, families and the pastoral team to secure positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering tailored learning within the SEMH Connect provision.
• Support reintegration of students to mainstream lessons when appropriate.
• Provide guidance and professional insight to support student progress.
• Collaborate with other agencies to offer comprehensive support.
