Job summary

The Supply Register is recruiting a Primary Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support classrooms across our partner schools. This part-time role offers long-term coverage with potential for permanent appointment, assisting teachers and supporting students with varied needs.

You will work closely with classroom staff to provide one-to-one support and help create a positive learning environment for all pupils, including those with SEN.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 HLTA qualification.
• Previous HLTA or similar support experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Flexibility to cover across year groups and settings.
• DBS check and right to work in the UK required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with classroom activities and provide one-to-one support.
• Support teachers to maintain a positive learning environment.
