Job summary

Hursthead Infant School is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work across classes and deliver pre-planned cover, supporting individuals and small groups in the classroom.

The successful candidate will contribute to interventions across the school, with a commitment to children's learning and well-being, and will join a supportive staff team; term-time only, 30 hours per week, temporary until 31 August 2027, with closing date 8 September 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting children's learning and wellbeing.
• Ability to provide pre-planned cover for whole-class teaching.
• Experience delivering interventions across the school.
