Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:20 PM, Monday – Friday
Start Date: ASAP

Are you a dedicated and passionate HLTA ready to make a real difference in the lives of students who need extra support? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you’ll be able to help break down barriers to learning and guide students towards success?

We are seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable HLTA to join our alternative provision in Blackburn. This is an exciting opportunity to work with students in KS3 and KS4 across a wide range of subjects, supporting them in their academic journey and personal growth.

What we’re looking for:

A flexible, motivated professional who is confident in supporting and delivering lessons across a variety of subjects.

Strong communication skills to engage with both students and staff.

A genuine passion for working with students who face challenges in their learning.

An understanding of the importance of breaking down barriers to learning, with a focus on inclusion and student well-being.

Experience or an eagerness to support students in overcoming their individual learning needs.

Your Role:

Providing high-quality teaching support to students across various subjects (KS3/KS4).

Helping students with additional learning needs to engage and make progress in their learning.

Creating an inclusive and positive learning environment.

Supporting students in achieving their potential by removing barriers and offering tailored support.
