Forward Leeds is seeking a committed Young Peoples Substance Misuse Practitioner to join their Branching Out Team in Calderdale. This role involves providing specialist treatment for young people aged 10-21, addressing substance misuse challenges. Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. We seek a committed and enthusiastic Young Persons Substance Misuse Practitioner to join our Branching Out Team in Calderdale. The team provides specialist drug and alcohol treatment for young people aged 10–21. The role is based within Calderdale's newly appointed alternative provision specialist taskforce, working out of Trinity Academy Carlton Mill, managed by the Head of Service at Trinity Academy.
