Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students who need additional support? We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated HLTA to join a SEN School in West London.

This SEN School is an educational setting that caters to students for ASC/MLD and SLD. It provides a nurturing and supportive environment where students can thrive and reach their full potential.

As a HLTA in a SEN School, you will play a crucial role in supporting and guiding students in their educational journey. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-to-one support to students, helping them to overcome barriers to learning.
  • Developing individualised learning plans and strategies to meet the specific needs of each student.
  • Promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
  • Building strong relationships with students, their families, and external support agencies.
  • Collaborating with teachers and the Senior Leadership Team to create a holistic and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitoring and tracking student progress, providing feedback, and implementing interventions as required.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience working with Key Stage 1/2 students and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be patient, empathetic, and have a genuine passion for helping young people overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
