Job summary

MyNewTerm in Plymouth is seeking an HLTA to work across all classes, supporting young learners and covering PPA. The successful candidate will show a secure understanding of SEND needs and contribute to high standards of behaviour and learning.

Ideal applicants will hold an HLTA qualification (or be able to meet HLTA standards), be capable of independent work, and bring a positive, nurturing manner with knowledge of learning and behaviour strategies.

HLTA

We require an HLTA to work in all classes across the school.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting young children's learning and development, enjoy working as part of a team and to cover PPA.

The person appointed would need the skills and qualities necessary to demonstrate - a secure level of understanding of SEND needs. The ability to have met The candidate needs to promote consistently high levels of behaviour and learning.
