Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking an ambitious HLTA to support pupils with SEN/SEND in a welcoming school community in the United Kingdom.

You will work with class teachers to uphold high learning standards and pupil wellbeing, bringing experience with SEN/SEND pupils. Protocol Education provides competitive pay, ongoing CPD, a £50 referral bonus and dedicated consultant support.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about education and has the confidence and experience to support pupils effectively, particularly those with additional needs.

You’ll be professional, proactive and reliable, with a genuine commitment to putting children first. Previous HLTA or relevant teaching/support experience, alongside experience working with SEN/SEND pupils, is essential.

As an HLTA, you’ll support high standards of learning and teaching, work closely with class teachers and contribute to the wider wellbeing and development of pupils.
