Job summary

R&A Education is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for roles in Gillingham and surrounding Medway.

Deliver pre-planned lessons, support pupils with ASC/SEMH/ADHD and lead interventions across daily supply, long-term and permanent opportunities in SEN settings. Competitive daily rates (£110-£160), flexible work and weekly PAYE with no hidden deductions.

Qualifications

• HLTA experience in SEN settings.
• Strong communication with pupils, staff and parents.
