Are you an enthusiastic and experienced HLTA looking to make a real impact?
Warren Mead Infant and Junior School Partnership and Cuddington Croft Primary School are seeking a dedicated and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their supportive and inclusive teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across our schools, helping to shape the educational experience of our wonderful pupils. If you're passionate about making a difference and ready to bring your skills, energy, and creativity to a vibrant school community, we'd love to hear from you!
Working under the direction of the Headteacher, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children's learning, ensuring that every child has access to a high-quality, inclusive education. This role is ideal for someone who is confident delivering planned lessons, supporting children with a range of needs, and committed to fostering a safe, engaging and positive learning environment. As part of GLF Schools, you'll also benefit from opportunities for professional development and collaboration across a wider network of supportive professionals.
Please note, this role is working across both Warren Mead Infant and Junior Partnership and Cuddington Croft Primary School, which forms part of our school cluster under the Executive Headteacher.
Due to the requirement to provide PPA cover within the nursery provision, applicants must hold a relevant teaching qualification. This requirement is specific to the needs of the setting, and the role does not involve additional teaching responsibilities beyond those expected of a HLTA.

Along with Warren Mead Infants and Warren Mead Juniors, our cluster includes the following other schools; The Vale Primary School, Banstead Infant School, Danetree Primary School, Cuddington Croft Primary and Floreat Wandsworth Primary School.

It also provides opportunities for career progression across the cluster and gives you the chance to further your professional development.
As a part of GLF Schools, you will join a community of staff dedicated to transforming education. With regular progression discussions, there will be a wealth of opportunities for you to grow your career, whether in one of our 43 academies or in our central team.
