Job summary

Warren Mead Infant and Junior School, in Banstead, seeks a dedicated HLTA to support teaching and learning across Warren Mead Infant and Junior and Cuddington Croft Primary School. You will deliver planned lessons, assist pupils with diverse needs, and help maintain a safe, engaging classroom environment.

Working under the Headteacher, you will contribute to professional development within the GLF Schools cluster and support PPA arrangements across the nursery provision.

Qualifications

  • Hold relevant HLTA qualifications and GCSEs English/Maths at Grade C or above.
  • Experience delivering lessons to whole classes and supporting learning.
  • Strong behaviour management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver planned lessons and support learning across two schools.
  • Create and adapt engaging learning activities for diverse needs.
  • Prepare resources, maintain pupil records and contribute to planning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents and safeguarding responsibilities.
