This requirement is specific to the needs of the setting, and the role does not involve additional teaching responsibilities beyond those expected of a HLTA.What we are looking for Hold a relevant teaching qualification e.g. QTS, EYTS or overseas teaching qualification. Have a good level of education including GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent)Have experience delivering lessons to whole classes and supporting learning.Be skilled in adapting and delivering engaging learning strategies, managing behaviour effectively, and supporting pupils' emotional and academic development.Demonstrate strong organisational skills, including preparing resources, maintaining pupil records, and contributing to classroom planning.Show excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, working well with colleagues, children, and parents.Be motivated, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and safeguarding.About Warren Mead Schools
