People Solutions is recruiting for a HLOP Warehouse Operative in Erdington, Birmingham. The role is full-time, temporary to permanent, with ongoing work and weekly pay.

The candidate will perform quality checks, stock handling, packing for dispatch, and operate a High-Level Order Picker when needed. Training and progression opportunities are available in a busy logistics environment.

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative - Erdington, Birmingham to join our well-established client on a full-time temporary to permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering ongoing work, weekly pay, and genuine opportunities for long-term progression within a busy logistics operation.

This would suit applicants who have worked as a Warehouse Operative, Order Picker, and High-Level Order Picker.

Rates of Pay:

• £12.71 per hour

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• 07:00 - 16:00

Day-to-Day Duties:

Your duties as a HLOP Warehouse Operative are:

• Completing quality checks across all aspects of the contract
• Checking incoming stock for accuracy and damage
• Carrying out quality inspections and producing reports
• Labelling products and preparing stock for dispatch
• Using RDT scanners accurately and efficiently
• Reporting damaged stock to the supervisor
• Packing products ready for dispatch
• Interacting with customers within the warehouse environment
• Operating a High-Level Order Picker (HLOP) when required
• Following all health and safety procedures and company policies

Essential Skills:

To be successful as a HLOP Warehouse Operative, you will need:

• A good standard of English, both written and spoken
• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience using RDT scanners confidently
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• A reliable, hardworking, and professional approach
• The ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Comfortable working at height
