Job summary

Abstract Recruitment is seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives for a prestigious logistics partner in Kettering. Training will be provided for the High Level Order Picker (HLOP) if needed. You will join a clean, modern warehouse with long-term, ongoing work and opportunities for progression.

Shifts are 5 days out of 7 with competitive hourly rates and weekly pay. Full HLOP training is provided and guaranteed hours are offered, with potential for permanent contracts.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• HLOP experience is an advantage, but full training can be provided.
• Good spoken and written English; solid numeracy and literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately.
• Stock replenishment and locating goods within the warehouse.
• Complete associated paperwork and general warehouse/HLOP duties.

Job description

We are recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives to join a prestigious logistics company based in Kettering.

No HLOP experience? No problem! If you have previous warehouse experience and are willing to be trained on a High Level Order Picker (HLOP), full training will be provided.

SHIFT PATTERNS & PAY

Any 5 days out of 7 with the below standard rates:

• PM: 14:00 - 22:00 |
• Monday-Friday: £14.12 blended rate
• Saturday: £15.08 per hour
• Sunday: £18.30 per hour
• Overtime available

YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for picking and packing orders accurately, stock replenishment, locating goods within the warehouse, completing associated paperwork and general warehouse/HLOP duties.

• Previous warehouse experience

• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Must live locally and have your own transport
