Job summary
Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, is seeking a skilled HIU technician to join our heating services team covering London & the Southeast. You will commission, service, repair HIUs, and diagnose faults, delivering a first-class service to clients and their tenants.
The role requires a full UK driving license, safety awareness, and a customer-focused approach. You will generate timely site reports in our PDA system and may travel away from home for short periods; salary
Qualifications
- HIU commissioning, servicing and fault finding experience.
- Experience delivering professional client service.
- NVQ L2 Plumbing & Heating or equivalent.
- Full UK Driving Licence essential.
- Knowledge of heat networks desirable.
Responsibilities
- Perform HIU commissioning, servicing and repair.
- Communicate professionally with clients and tenants.
- Generate accurate site reports in the PDA system.
- Attend manufacturer and in-house training to achieve required qualifications.
- Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and may travel for short periods.
