Job summary

ECO Approach Ltd is recruiting HIU Service & Repair Engineers to support our growing network across London and surrounding areas. You will undertake reactive call-outs, fault finding, maintenance and repairs on Heat Interface Units within residential developments, ensuring safe, efficient operation.

The role requires a Full UK Driving Licence, DBS clearance, and Domestic Gas qualifications, with travel across the M25 as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience servicing, fault finding, and repairing HIUs.
• Strong understanding of communal and district heating systems.
• Ability to work independently in occupied residential environments.
• Full UK Driving Licence and DBS check.
• Domestic Gas Qualifications required.

Responsibilities

• Attend reactive HIU breakdown and repair appointments.
• Diagnose faults and repair a range of HIUs.
• Complete planned maintenance and servicing activities.
• Maintain health and safety compliance and document reports.
