• Proven experience in a high-volume hire desk or similar fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commercial edge.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing hires across a wide range of plant and tool equipment.
• Process hire desk administration and handle customer/supplier queries quickly.
• Ensure stock levels meet demand and identify sales opportunities.
