Hudson Lifting is a growing business and needsHire Desk Controller to join our new depot in Warrington. Youll play a vital role in supporting our customers and ensuring they have the right equipment for their needs.

What Youll Be Doing

• Providing top-notch customer service by handling inquiries for lifting equipment and our full range of products.
• Liaising with customers regarding all hire, sales, and service inquiries, offering solutions tailored to their needs.
• Promoting our company and services proactively, ensuring customers are aware of all we offer.
• Negotiating hire rates, preparing detailed quotations, and ensuring all specifications are clear.
• Performing administrative duties, including resolving any customer queries efficiently.
• You may also be asked to take on additional tasks as needed to support the team and our customers.
  
  

Were Looking For Someone Who

• Has excellent customer service skills and experience in a high-volume hire desk environment.
• Can work independently, with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.
• Knowledge of lifting and safety equipment is a plus, but dont worry if youre not an expert well provide all the training you need.
• Has a passion for customer satisfaction and a strong desire to contribute to a growing, forward-thinking company.
