Based in the depot, the Hire Desk Controller plays a vital role in operations, sales, and customer service. Relationship building is key, as the Hire Controller manages the entire hire process from order taking to delivery and collection, liaising with all depot departments to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
On a daily basis, you will be desk-based, working closely with other departments, including stock teams, drivers, and engineers, to ensure minimal delays and readily available equipment to meet customer demands.
