Based in the depot, the Hire Desk Controller plays a vital role in operations, sales, and customer service. Building relationships is key, as the Hire Controller manages the entire hire process from order taking to delivery and collection. They liaise with various depot departments to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
On a daily basis, you will work desk-based, collaborating with stock teams, drivers, and engineers to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements with available equipment.
