Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a hire desk or similar role.
• Experience in tool/plant hire industry.
• Full UK manual driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Act as first point of contact for customers and respond to hire enquiries.
• Produce and process all hire-related documentation (contracts, PO, stock movements, sales paperwork).
• Schedule and oversee delivery and collection of equipment with transport team.
• Coordinate with workshop to ensure equipment is ready for hire.
• Identify opportunities to increase equipment hires and ancillary product sales.
• Track fleet availability and allocate equipment to meet demand.
• Provide a professional, responsive service while balancing multiple tasks in a busy hire office.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading equipment when required.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with processes.
