A leading hire provider is looking for a Hire Controller in Port Talbot. In this role, you'll manage the hire process, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and strong organizational abilities. Based in the depot, the Hire Controller plays a vital role in operations on the front line of sales and customer service. Building relationships is key, as the Hire Controller manages the entire hire process from taking orders to delivery and collection, liaising with all parts of the depot to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
On a daily basis, you will be desk-based, working directly with other departments, and liaising regularly with stock teams, drivers, and engineers to ensure minimal delays and readily available equipment to meet customer demands.
