In this role, you'll deliver a best-in-class service, using your product knowledge to maximize upselling opportunities. Your days will involve communicating with customers via phone, email, and website requests. You’ll manage orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback, owning the customer journey and fostering relationships with regular clients. You should enjoy thinking on your feet and using your initiative to ensure we provide an excellent customer experience and continuously improve our service.
