Qualifications

• Experience leading project teams and managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Commercial focus with ability to manage contracts and budgets.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Resilience in handling shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Mentoring or coaching of junior project staff.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder management with Portfolio Manager, SPM and project teams to align on delivery objectives.
• Maintain contract clarity and manage changes, risks and reporting.
• Design, agree and implement project plans with appropriate resources.
• Lead programmes through feasibility, design, construction and handover.
• Develop robust cost profiles and quantify resource needs.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies across the project lifecycle.
