Job summary

Egis Group is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to deliver highways and technology schemes across the UK, guiding projects from initiation through handover with a strong focus on safety, cost, and quality.

Flexible working based out of Leatherhead, South Mimms or Dartford with travel to sites and other offices as required. Night site visits and a full driving license are expected, with a proactive approach to sustainability and stakeholder collaboration.

• Experience managing project teams across multiple projects.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes.
• Commercial focus with contract management experience.
• Resilience to conflicting priorities and setbacks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with detailed project plans and stage plans.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder management across multiple internal and external parties.
• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring resources and timelines.
• Lead programmes through feasibility, design, construction and handover.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies and constraints.
• Manage Sub Contractors and Designers, ensuring H&S compliance.
• Support sustainability activities including net zero and biodiversity goals.
• Ensure permits, certificates and site reporting align with project needs.
• Manage NEC Contracts Options as Project Manager.
