Ringway is seeking a proactive Supervisor to oversee maintenance and improvement works across the National Highways East Contract. You will supervise activities on the high-speed network, ensuring they are carried out safely, efficiently and to National Highways standards.

The role requires experience supervising SRN works, a strong highways construction background, and relevant accreditations (SMSTS/SSSTS, NRSWA desirable).

• Full UK Driving Licence.

• NRSWA Supervisor accreditation desirable.

Ringway is seeking a proactive and safety-focused Supervisor to support the delivery of maintenance and improvement works across the National Highways East Contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading highways services provider working on one of the UK's most critical transport networks. Working within a fast-paced operational environment, you will be responsible for supervising works on the high-speed network, ensuring activities are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with National Highways standards and contractual requirements.

Person Specification

• Previous experience supervising works on the National Highways Strategic Road Network (SRN).
• Strong highways maintenance or construction background.
• High Speed Road experience is essential.
• Relevant National Highways tickets and accreditations are essential.
• SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.
• NRSWA Supervisor accreditation desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
