Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Sub Agent to support a highways scheme near Basingstoke. The role focuses on on-site management, coordinating subcontractors and resources to deliver works on time and to specification.

The successful candidate will have prior Sub Agent experience in highways or civil engineering, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work closely with site teams to maintain safety and quality standards. Immediate start available.

Job Title: Sub Agent - Highways

Location: Basingstoke

Duration: 6 months

Start Date: Monday

IR35 Status: Outside IR35

We are currently seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join a highways scheme near Basingstoke, with an immediate start available.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working on highways or civil engineering projects and be confident supporting the delivery of works on site.

• Assist with the day-to-day management and coordination of site activities.
• Support the delivery of works in line with project programmes and specifications.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and resources.
• Monitor progress and help ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
