Job summary

Carrington West seeks an experienced Site Supervisor for a long-term highways scheme in the Wellingborough area. The role focuses on coordinating daily site activities, leading internal teams and subcontractors, and delivering works safely, on schedule, and to exacting quality standards.

The candidate will ensure compliance with National Highways and health & safety requirements while liaising with client teams and engineers to keep projects on track on a CIS or Ltd company basis.

Qualifications

• Must have on-site supervisory experience delivering highways/civil engineering works.
• Strong ability to coordinate daily site activities and manage internal operatives and subcontractors.
• Proven track record in delivering works safely, on programme, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervising National Highways projects across multiple sites.
• Ensuring works are delivered safely on programme and to the required quality standards.
• Managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities.
• Maintaining compliance with National Highways and health & safety requirements.
• Liaising with site teams, engineers and the client.
