Job summary

Carrington West is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee a highways scheme in Wellingborough. You will coordinate daily site activities, manage internal operatives and subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.

This 8-month contract role is outside IR35; rate £300-£350 per day, with CIS or Ltd company options.

Qualifications

• Gold CSCS card required.
• SMSTS certificate required.
• First aid certification required.
• Experience delivering highways and civil engineering works.

Responsibilities

• Supervising National Highways projects across multiple sites.
• Ensuring works are delivered safely on programme and to the required quality standards.
• Managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities.
