• Experience in Highways maintenance and NEC4 Term Service Contract is essential.
• Ability to calculate and monitor project costs, and provide cost and quality assurance.
• Experience with Bills of Quantities and risk/value management.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and monitor project costs for highway maintenance and construction.
• Ensure cost control, monitoring and management standards.
• Provide initial costings/estimates and Bills of Quantities.
• Identify and manage commercial risks.
