Highways Quantity Surveyor needed in Coventry

This is a temporary role and the rate is £43.47ph PAYE

The successful candidate to provide immediate specialist capacity, ensure robust commercial management, and maintain delivery of our transport capital programme within budget and timescales during a period of peak demand and no in-house resource

They will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of highway and transportation projects and will prepare cost estimates, monitor budgets, assess contractor payments, manage procurement processes, and ensure value for money throughout the project lifecycle.

The role involves working closely with engineers, contractors, and project managers to control costs, manage risks, and support the successful delivery of highway infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
