Job summary

Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a Project Officer in the Highways Client and Contracts Team. The role supports planning, tracking projects, running highways tenders and monitoring partner performance.

The position is hybrid with a base at Lancaster House and home, with occasional travel requiring a driving licence and vehicle. Fluent spoken English is required under the Fluency Duty and duties include liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive improvements across

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and monitor projects with plans, logs, milestones and meetings.
• Manage highways tenders through lifecycle and contracts.
• Support performance management through data analysis and training.
• Identify improvements across highways service and asset management systems.
• Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, suppliers and partners.
