Qualifications

• Strong project management experience is essential.
• Proven background in highways design required.
• Strong understanding of highways standards including DMRB, MCHW, and CDM Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead highways projects from planning through delivery and close-out.
• Manage project scope, budgets, risks, and resource planning.
• Provide oversight of highways design to ensure quality and buildability.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor commercial performance and compliance with regulations.
