Job summary

BakerHicks is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead highways design projects in the UK. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering, project management qualifications, and significant experience in highways design. Responsibilities include managing resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong understanding of highways standards (DMRB, MCHW, CDM Regulations).
• Ability to manage project scope, programme, budgets, risks, and resources.
