BakerHicks is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex highway projects from award through to completion. You will manage scope, programme, cost, risk, resources and stakeholder expectations while applying sound technical knowledge to ensure high-quality delivery.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient delivery on time and within budget, maintaining high standards of technical quality and buildability.

Formación

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent desirable.
• Strong project management experience essential.
• Proven background in highways design essential.
• Knowledge of highways standards: DMRB, MCHW and CDM Regulations.
• Strong commercial awareness and contract management capability.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead highways projects through full lifecycle from planning to delivery and close-out.
• Manage project scope, programme, budgets, risks and resource planning.
• Provide oversight of highways design to ensure technical quality and buildability.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor commercial performance, change control and contractual obligations.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards and safety regulations.
• Build strong client relationships and provide clear reporting and governance.
