Job summary

Pave Recruit is seeking an experienced project manager to lead complex programmes across the water, environment, infrastructure and highways sectors. You will coordinate multiple projects, support successful delivery, and maintain strong client relationships.

You will align objectives with programme goals, manage subcontractors, review contracts, ensure quality and safety, and provide guidance to project teams while mitigating risks to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• We are seeking professionals that are interested in developing a career as a project manager, with the skillset to thrive in a small and dynamic team.
• A relevant civil engineering or environmental engineering degree is required.
• Demonstrable background in highways engineering and project management.
• Ability to operate at consultant level.
• Proven experience working with sub-contractors, programmes, reviewing contracts and working within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex projects and programmes within water, environment, infrastructure and highways sectors.
• Support multiple projects, assisting in successful execution and fostering strong client relationships.
• Align project objectives with overall programme success and deliver on time and within scope.
• Select and evaluate sub-contractors and suppliers, monitor performance and ensure contract compliance.
• Provide guidance to Project Managers and teams, navigate challenges, and mitigate risks.
