Job summary

Kier Group in Suffolk is seeking a Roads/Highways Project Manager to join our Highways team based at Kier Main Compound, Kelsale. You will drive programme management, oversee sub-contracts and lead a high performing delivery team.

You will have a strong highways background with earthworks experience, plus CSCS and SMSTS credentials, to manage budgets and stakeholder expectations across major infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering degree or equivalent with CSCS and SMSTS credentials.
• Proven experience managing highways projects, budgets and teams.
• Strong communication with clients, stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Ability to work across multiple disciplines and with partner networks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project work packages by budgeting and programming while maintaining safety.
• Manage all phases from contract award to close out with clients and delivery teams.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors ensuring quality and specification.
• Build strong relationships with the client's management and project delivery teams.
• Identify and manage project risks, delivering on time and on budget with high customer satisfaction.
