Job summary

Kier Group in Suffolk is seeking a Roadworks/Highways Project Manager to join a highly successful team delivering a circa £120m highways project. You will support senior leadership, drive programme management and supervise large subcontractors within a dynamic high-performance team.

The role requires a strong highways background with earthworks experience, a Civil Engineering degree or equivalent, CSCS and SMSTS, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget in a

Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of project work packages by budgeting and programming to maintain high health, safety and welfare standards.
Oversee all phases of the project from contract award to close out, liaising with clients, their advisors and operational delivery teams to meet contractual requirements.
Coordinate and monitor subcontractors during the contract period, ensuring work meets specifications and quality standards.
Build strong working relationships with the client's management team and project delivery teams, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication channels.
Identify and manage project risks through effective mitigation measures, delivering projects safely, on time and to budget while achieving high customer satisfaction.
