Job summary

Ringway London in Salisbury is seeking an Operative to carry out general maintenance works and operations, working with a Chargehand, on a full-time basis.

The role includes responding to emergencies and call outs, and assisting with winter maintenance as required. It also offers opportunities for training and development while ensuring safety and compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Must have generalist skills and ability to apply them.
• Understand risk assessments and safe working methods.
• Prefer 12 months+ experience in highways or civil works.

• Potential & interest in obtaining LGV licence
• Undertaken training on: General health & safety awareness / Risk assessment awareness / Traffic Management / Use of PDA as required
• Ability to use small plant and equipment
