You will contribute to winter maintenance, incident response, and compliance while working as part of a hands-on team with a focus on safety and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Hands-on, safety‑focused and team‑oriented approach.
• Experience in highways, civils, construction or related field is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver highways maintenance activities including drainage and minor civils works.
• Support routine maintenance and larger improvement schemes.
