Job summary

Andrews Recruitment Group is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to price and tender highway and infrastructure projects across Yorkshire, Greater Manchester and the North West. You will price from enquiry through to submission, reviewing drawings and tender information to ensure competitive bids.

You should have experience estimating within highways or civil infrastructure, with strong commercial awareness and risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating within highways, surfacing, civils or infrastructure.
• Ability to price tenders from enquiry through submission.
• Understanding commercial, contractual and operational risk.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and competitive estimates for highway projects.
• Review drawings, specs and tender information for accuracy.
• Support value-engineering and alternative solutions.
• Collaborate with operational and commercial teams on tenders.
• Ensure tenders meet governance and commercial requirements.
• Assist in tender reviews and bid strategies.
