Job summary

Andrews Recruitment Group is seeking a Quantity Surveyor – Highways to price and tender work from enquiry through submission across Leeds, Manchester and Salford. The role is permanent, 37.5 hours, with flexible hybrid working.

The salary is up to £47,000 plus a company car and up to 8% bonus, with private medical and other benefits. You will work in a team supporting major highways and infrastructure projects across Yorkshire and the North West, managing commercial, risk and contractual aspects

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating within highways, surfacing or infrastructure.
• Ability to produce accurate, competitive estimates and tender submissions.
• Understanding commercial, contractual and technical risk in highway projects.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and competitive estimates and tender submissions.
• Review drawings, specifications and tender information.
• Contribute to tender strategy and bid reviews and identify lessons learned.
