Job summary

Andrews Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Estimator to support major highways and infrastructure projects across Yorkshire, Greater Manchester and the North West. Based in Leeds, Manchester or Salford, you will price tenders from enquiry through submission, review drawings and assess risk to deliver competitive bids.

The role offers up to £47k base, company car, up to 8% bonus, private medical, pension and flexible/hybrid working with a 37.5-hour week.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating or tendering for highways, civils or infrastructure.
• Ability to interpret technical and contractual information.
• Strong commercial awareness and risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and competitive estimates.
• Review drawings, specs and tender information.
• Build tender submissions around customer requirements.
• Support value engineering and alternative solutions.
• Collaborate with operational and commercial teams.
• Contribute to tender reviews and bid strategy.
• Ensure tenders meet governance and commercial requirements.
