Responsibilities

• Assess the transport and highways impacts of planning applications and provide clear technical advice.
• Negotiate with developers to secure necessary improvements and oversee Section 106/278 agreements.
• Coordinate developer contributions, ensuring they are managed and aligned with local transport priorities.
• Manage budget, risk monitoring and progress reporting to ensure highways and transport improvements are delivered to a high standard.
