• Assess transport and highway implications of new development and provide robust technical advice on planning applications.
• Manage a diverse caseload of development-related highway agreements (Section 38, 278, 184) and associated licenses.
• Review designs, construction details and technical submissions to ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Negotiate with developers and legal representatives and oversee delivery and adoption of new highway infrastructure.
