Qualifications

• Experience managing operational resources on construction or highways schemes.
• Proven experience delivering structural maintenance projects including carriageway and footway resurfacing.
• NRSWA Supervisor qualification.
• SMSTS qualification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery resources to ensure successful completion of construction projects valued up to £500k and annual programmes worth approximately £4m.
• Lead health, safety, environmental, and quality activities to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with the Programme Manager and Client to develop and deliver annual works programmes.
• Manage the delivery phase of multiple schemes and allocate resources to maximise efficiency and programme performance.
• Undertake design surveys and Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) meetings to establish project requirements and support commercial target costs.
• Reviewing and approving applications for payment in line with agreed commercial objectives.
