Job summary

Run Resourcing Ltd is recruiting a Project Manager to plan and deliver highways maintenance projects across Hampshire and Sussex. The role is hybrid between the regional office and live project sites, overseeing a team of Site Agents handling 2–3 projects of £100k–£1m each. Experience in civil engineering and NEC contracts is essential.

You will own client relationships at a senior level and drive risk management, design standards, and programme delivery across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Experience working in civil engineering projects.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and contract administration.
• Proven track record in project leadership and client liaison.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Site Agents across multiple projects.
• Manage senior client relationships and escalation points.
• Oversee risk assessments and method statements to standards.
