Job summary

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions Ltd seeks an experienced project manager for highways infrastructure across the UK. You will manage delivery resources, lead health, safety, environmental and quality activities, and work with the Programme Manager and client to deliver annual works programmes.

You will oversee delivery phases of multiple schemes, allocate resources for efficiency, and participate in ECI meetings to define project requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing resources on construction or highways schemes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of highway construction practices and standards.

Responsibilities

• Managing delivery resources for projects up to £500k and programmes worth ~£4m.
• Leading health, safety, environmental and quality activities to standards.
• Collaborating with Programme Manager and client to deliver annual works.
• Allocating resources to maximise efficiency and programme performance.
• Conducting design surveys and ECI meetings to establish requirements.
• Reviewing and approving payment applications aligned with objectives.
