Job summary

Danny Sullivan Group is seeking CSCS Multi-Skilled Operatives for the M5 Junction 10 Improvements Scheme in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. The role offers long-term, ongoing work with weekly pay and 10-hour shifts on site.

Requirements include a valid CSCS card and experience on construction or civil engineering sites, plus strong safety awareness and reliable teamwork on a busy project. Competitive PAYE rate of £16.75 per hour is paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card
• Experience on a construction, civil engineering or infrastructure site
• Good understanding of construction site health & safety
• Experience working around plant, machinery and construction materials
• Able to communicate effectively on site
• Reliable and punctual approach to work
• Ability to work as part of a busy site team

Responsibilities

• Carrying out a range of general construction and civil engineering duties
• Assisting skilled tradespeople and site operatives as required
• Loading, unloading and moving materials around site
• Supporting site preparation and construction activities
• Assisting with deliveries and movement of materials
• Carrying out basic construction tasks within your skills and training
• Using hand tools and basic equipment where trained and authorised
• Supporting groundworkers and other site trades where required
• Assisting with site set-up, maintenance and general housekeeping
• Maintaining clean, tidy and safe work areas
• Assisting with waste removal and site clearance
• Working safely around plant, machinery and construction traffic
• Identifying and reporting hazards, unsafe conditions and near misses
• Following all site health & safety procedures
