Job summary

Danny Sullivan Group is seeking CSCS Labourers for the M5 Junction 10 Improvements Scheme in Gloucestershire. This is long-term, ongoing work with weekly pay and a minimum 10-hour shift.

You will support the site team with general labouring, assist skilled trades, move materials and help maintain a safe, tidy workplace on a major UK highway project.

This role offers PAYE rate of £14.50 per hour and opportunities for continued work on the scheme.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Labourer Card.
• Previous experience as Labourer on construction site.
• Good understanding of site health & safety.
• Experience with plant, machinery and materials.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to work in a busy site team.
• Experience on highways/infrastructure projects advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general labouring duties across the construction site.
• Assisting skilled tradespeople and site operatives as required.
• Loading, unloading and moving materials around site.
• Supporting site preparation and general construction activities.
• Assisting with deliveries and movement of materials.
• Maintaining clean, tidy and safe work areas.
• Assisting with site set-up and maintenance.
• Supporting groundworkers and other site trades where required.
• Using basic tools and equipment where trained and authorised.
• Assisting with waste removal and general housekeeping.
• Working safely around plant, machinery and construction traffic.
• Identifying and reporting hazards, unsafe conditions and near misses.
• Following all site health & safety procedures.

Danny Sullivan Group is looking for experienced CSCS Labourers to join the M5 Junction 10 Improvements Scheme, a major highway infrastructure project being delivered in partnership with Gloucestershire County Council and National Highways.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term, ongoing work, working on a major UK infrastructure project with weekly pay.

• Location: M5 Junction 10 Improvements Scheme, Gloucestershire
• Rate: £14.50 per hour PAYE
• Working Pattern: 10 hours per shift

About the Role as a CSCS Labourer

As a CSCS Labourer, you will support the site team with general construction duties and help maintain a safe, clean and efficient working environment across the project.

• Experience working around plant, machinery and construction materials

• Reliable and punctual approach to work
• Ability to work effectively as part of a busy site team
• Experience working on major highways, civil engineering or infrastructure projects would be advantageous.
